Agreement to Terms:
By placing an order with Bites Cookie Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies outlined on this page.

Modifications:
We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Current policies apply to all orders placed after the date of any updates.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from orders placed with Bites Cookie Company will be resolved in accordance with Maryland state law.

Our Policy:
NO REFUNDS are offered for completed products

NO DISCOUNTS OR REPLACEMENTS for completed orders

Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice do not qualify for refunds

Store Credit Option:
We are happy to issue store credit for cancellations made before we begin working on your order, provided you give us at least one week's notice. Store credit can be applied to future purchases and does not expire.

Once Production Begins:
Once we have started creating your order, no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be offered under any circumstances.

Payment Terms:
• Full payment is required at the time of order placement
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment
• If your invoice remains unpaid, your order will not be produced

• All sales are final

Order Acceptance:
We reserve the right to cancel any order with appropriate advance notice. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Creative Process:
Our decorating style is an art form, and we love bringing creativity to every order. While we will work diligently to match your design requests as closely as possible, we cannot promise to replicate inspiration photos exactly. Each creation is handcrafted and unique.

Custom Consultations:
Details for custom orders, including design specifications and pricing, will be discussed and agreed upon before purchase. Prices vary based on design complexity and detail level.

After Pickup/Delivery:
We are not responsible for any damage to your order after it has left our care. You are responsible for:

• Transporting your order safely
• Storing products in appropriate conditions
• Providing a suitable environment for display and service

Storage Recommendations:
To keep your cookies tasting their absolute best, we include detailed storage instructions with each order. Different products have different needs, and we want you to enjoy every last bite!

By placing an order with Bites Cookie Company, you grant us permission to photograph and/or video your custom order for use in our marketing materials, social media, website, and promotional content without compensation or prior approval.

If you do NOT wish for your order to be photographed or shared, please notify us in writing at the time of order placement.

Important Notice:
Our products are made in a facility and with equipment that processes common allergens including but not limited to:

• Wheat/Gluten
• Eggs
• Dairy/Milk
• Soy
• Tree Nuts
• Peanuts

Cross-contamination is possible. While we maintain clean practices, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Your Responsibility:
You are responsible for notifying anyone consuming these products of potential allergen risks. Bites Cookie Company cannot be held liable for any adverse allergic reactions.
