My love for baking began in the kitchen with my Bobchi, where I spent countless hours learning to make pizzelles and chrusciki. Those precious moments sparked a passion that has only grown stronger over the years, and now I'm thrilled to share that same joy with all of you.
The name "Bites" holds special meaning—it comes from my son Hudson, who has always asked for "Mama Bites" since he was little. Every time I hear those words, I'm reminded of why I do what I do: to create those perfect little moments of happiness that bring families together.
